This silver napkin ring measures about 1.25" wide with a diameter of slightly less than 2" (it is slightly off-round). The intricate design features a single 8 petal flower within a circle flanked by scrollwork and gently flaring rims. It does not appear to bear a hallmark or a manufacturer’s mark although there is one tiny stamped area (to the right of the flower circle) that is illegible. This was purchased with some Russian silver items but I am not certain of its origin or the metal content. It appears to be silver but is most likely lower than the 925 sterling standard. It weighs 16 pennyweight ( .8 troy oz).
Condition: Tarnish and some minor silver polish residue - it is slightly off round but in otherwise Very Good condition
