This pretty white gold brooch features circular filigree openwork set with 6 small blue sapphires, diamonds and pearls with a larger pearl in the center. It is stamped 14K on the end of the clasp that secures the pin. There is also a loop that swivels and folds flat so it can be also worn as a pendant if desired. The brooch has a diameter of about 1.5". There are some small bumps on the surface of the central pearl (it’s shaped that way) and it has a hole drilled in it that is hidden behind one of the prongs that holds it in place. The white gold also has small surface irregularities (as if it had been cast). A jeweler did verify that the gemstones are genuine and this is 14k white gold. It weighs 6 dwt (3/10 of a troy oz).
Condition: Very good condition with light surface wear from normal use that is visible under magnification - I have not attempted to clean this item.
